ICC World Cup 2023 Tickets: Cricket fans cannot stop rejoicing! The biggest tournament of the sport, the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup, is back for another thrilling edition, beginning October 5th, 2023. The 16th edition of the world cup will be hosted by India and all of the matches will be hosted in different cities in the country.
The ICC (International Cricket Council) and the BCCI (Board of Control for Cricket in India) have announced that the sale of tickets have officially begun as of August 25. Fans can start registering their interests to get ticket information first and help secure a position at the Cricket World Cup. The sale of tickets will be held in phases.
On August 31. the third phase of tickets sale begun. The third phase features sale of tickets for matches being held in Chennai, Delhi, and Pune.
The ticket release features the following matches:
At 20:00 Hrs on September 1, the sale of tickets for matches being held at Dharamsala, Lucknow and Mumbai will begin.

There will be a total of 48 matches played during the ICC World Cup 2023 tournament across 10 Indian cities- Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Dharamsala, Delhi, Chennai, Lucknow, Kolkata, Pune, Bengaluru, and Mumbai.
The registration for the sale of tickets has begun on August 25.
The prices of tickets range from as low as INR 499 and soar as high as INR 24,000.

ICC and BCCI are urging cricket fans to register themselves now, prior to the sale of tickets, so that they can receive on-sale news ahead. Fans can register themselves at https://www.cricketworldcup.com/register. The registrations begun at 03:30 PM on August 25.
The sale of tickets will be held in different phases beginning August 25. Here is the schedule of the tickets sale:
25 August: Non-India warm-up matches and all non-India event matches
30 August: India matches at Guwahati and Thiruvananthapuram
31 August: India matches at Chennai, Delhi and Pune
1 September: India matches at Dharamsala, Lucknow and Mumbai
2 September: India matches at Bengaluru and Kolkata
3 September: India matches at Ahmedabad
15 September: Semi-Finals and Final

The ODI World Cup 2023 has not even started yet and yet fans are over the moon for the tournament, especially for one match- India vs Pakistan match. It is perhaps the most anticipated match of the tournament. A high-stake India vs Pakistan match is much greater than the entirety of Superbowl, and it was proved in the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2022, when the broadcast of the highly anticipated match between the two rivals garnered over 256 million views.
The Ind vs Pak match will take place on October 14 at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. The match was initially set to take place on October 15 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, however, it clashed with the beginning of the grand Indian festival of Navratra, which is celebrated humongously in Gujarat. The BCCI then rescheduled the match to October 14.
